ABOUT KEVIN PAINCHAUD
Kevin Painchaud is a Pulitzer-Prize winning photojournalist for the online daily news organization Lookout Santa Cruz.
He was previously a photographer for the Santa Cruz Sentinel newspaper. Kevin had been a freelance photographer for a variety of magazines and newspapers over the past 25 years. His photographs have been seen in news sites nationwide, including ABC news, CBS news, Washington Post, NPR, CNN, MSNBC and more. His videos were recently shown on ABC's World News Tonight.
Kevin Painchaud is also an award-winning director, producer, cinematographer and editor. Kevin has been involved in video production for over 25 years and has produced several feature films, directed numerous TV shows and shot and edited countless corporate, consumer, training and promotional videos. He was nominated for an Emmy Award for his music-oriented TV show called Muzic on the Edge and he directed PSA's for Aerosmith. Kevin has been involved in productions around the world, including the United States, Europe, Canada, and Mexico.
